Step 1
Although consultations are not required before a VI Peel at BeachGlo, the consultation time can be a great way for our team to help you decide if this peel is the right choice for your goals. With several options to choose from, we can work together to get your best result. What’s more, VI Peel can be done on your back and shoulders, too!
Step 2
After you arrive at our office for your VI peel in Nags Head, a member of our team will cleanse your skin before applying the peel. We will apply multiple layers of solution, which causes a tingling sensation and some numbness as it works. You’ll wash the peel off 4 hours later. Before you leave, we will review your at-home instructions, post-care products and what to expect.
Step 3
After your VI Peel, you should avoid sun exposure for a full week after the treatment. This is when your skin will be actively peeling. Usually, 1 to 3 peel sessions are needed to get radiant, youthful results, after which maintenance peels can be done as often as every 2 weeks to every 3 months, depending on your needs.
