Step 2
Make sure your skin is cleansed and not irritated before your laser skin resurfacing in Nags Head. If requested, we will use a numbing cream to get started with this procedure. We will start on the pigmented areas first then the entire face, neck or hands. The device will make a buzzing sound during treatment, at which point you may feel a slight tingling sensation.
Step 3
When your treatment session is over, for several days, you will see redness, some swelling and the texture of the skin will feel like sandpaper. You will notice the skin feeling soft as it sloughs.
