- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call our office at 252.862.3224 at least 48 hours in advance.
- If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice we will charge a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee.

Policies
- All payments made by credit card will include a 2% processing fee.
- This Agreement is personal to the member and may not be assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of by the member.
- Applicants for membership must be at least 21 years old
- Physical Condition & No Medical Advice: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from your from receiving med spa services. As such, you acknowledge that BeachGlo Aesthetics did not give you medical clearance relating to your ability to obtain said services. If you have any health or medical concerns now or after you join, discuss them with your primary care physician prior to receiving services.
- BeachGlo Aesthetics reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate any of the particular services and facilities provided them from time to time.
- BeachGlo Aesthetics reserves the right to set aside facilities for social events or activities.
- BeachGlo Aesthetics reserves the right to close or modify facility hours with or without notice.
- May not be combined with any other promotional offer or promotional gift card. I hereby agree to the Membership Agreement as stated above.
