Step 1
To get more information about how radiofrequency microneedling works, contact us for a consultation. We can help you decide if treatment with Exion is right for you by getting to know your goals and your unique skin concerns and lifestyle. Once we have answered your questions, we can help you create a treatment strategy that meets your needs.
Step 2
Your next step is your first treatment session with radiofrequency microneedling in Nags Head. When you get any treatment at our office, your comfort is always kept in mind, so we provide a numbing cream. We will go through treatment at a pace you are comfortable with, and the device will treat your skin at a customized depth.
Step 3
It may take up to four sessions with Exion RF microneedling to see results. After each session, you can expect some redness or swelling for up to two days, which goes away on its own. A few weeks after your first treatment, you can expect to see the first signs of your results.
Exion RF Microneedling FAQs
We use radiofrequency microneedling in Nags Head because the radiofrequency extends the reach of microneedling, providing delivery of heat and collagen stimulation into deeper layers of skin without the need to send microneedles into the dermis. This makes it effective for treating delicate skin as well.
This procedure can be uncomfortable, so we can either use numbing cream or PRONOX to help increase comfort.
